Return Eligibility and Timeframes
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for any reason. For items that are defective, damaged, or not as described, returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Return Shipping Responsibility
For returns based on change of preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For returns due to product defects, inaccuracies, or damage, we will bear the return shipping expenses.
Return Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. Final sale items marked as "Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Processing Timeline
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item at our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the timing of the refund's appearance in your account is subject to your financial institution's processing period.
Non-Receipt of Shipment
In cases where tracking information indicates delivery but the package has not been received, customers must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery status update. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and, upon confirmation of loss, will provide either reshipment or a full refund.
Special Circumstances
Refused Deliveries: A refund for the product cost (excluding original shipping fees) will be processed after the returned package is received at our warehouse.
Unauthorized Returns: Returns shipped without prior authorization may be refused at our warehouse, with any associated costs borne by the customer.
Policy Compliance: We reserve the right to refuse returns that exhibit signs of excessive wear, misuse, or potential fraud.
